Terms of Service

What We Deliver

Acost Studio produces AI-generated cinematic films and renderings from source material the client provides. This applies across any industry, including real estate and development, brands, products, ecommerce, trades, and beyond. Standard delivery is within about 7 business days of receiving all required materials, unless another timeline is agreed in writing.

What You Provide

• Source material: photos, renders, or footage. More reference material generally means a stronger result.
• Project details and any reference or inspiration.
• Any specific creative direction or branding, such as a logo or brand name, in writing before production starts.

Revisions

Each film includes 1 round of minor revisions. Additional revision rounds are billed separately.

Payment

Single projects are paid in full upfront via Stripe and are non-refundable once production begins. Monthly retainer plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled with 7 days notice before the next billing cycle.

Turnaround and Delays

The delivery timeline begins when all materials are received. Delays in providing materials or feedback will push the delivery date accordingly.

Use of Work and Content License

Important. By engaging Acost Studio, you grant Acost Studio a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use the final films, raw outputs, source material, and any related content for marketing, portfolio display, social media, case studies, and paid advertising, on any platform and across any industry.

The one exception is confidentiality. If a signed NDA or written confidentiality agreement is in place for a project, that agreement governs, and the work covered by it will not be displayed publicly. You always retain the right to use the final work for your own business and marketing.

Confidentiality and NDAs

If you need a project kept private, request a confidentiality agreement or NDA in writing before production begins. Once signed, that work is excluded from the content license above and will not be shown in our portfolio, social media, or advertising.

Intellectual Property

You own the right to use the delivered work for your own business and marketing. Acost Studio retains ownership of its underlying production methods, tools, and AI workflows.

Liability

Acost Studio's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
